Liz Zurek Beaudry, Principal

Liz brings 20 years of creative communications experience to the team. As principal of Envision, she coordinates people, resources and ideas to create brand differentiation for clients in alignment with their mission. She enjoys seeing the big picture, asking lots of questions and using concise, but differentiated messaging, along with strong design, to solve problems.

Trustworthiness is something clients quickly sense about Liz. This quality lends strength to her background in the liberal arts, brand management and visual appeal. When not running a business or working on her own design projects, her passion is to see all kids have a forever family and is actively involved in adoption and orphan care as a board member of the Adoption Medicine Clinic at the University of Minnesota.

She lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, Jeff and two boys.

 

Ed Kang, Brand Culture Strategist

As a researcher, thinker and key developer of Envision’s process around brand and culture, Ed is committed to helping companies thrive. Ed has worked with a multitude of industries from dot coms to nonprofits and B2B businesses. His work hits the mark because he knows how to identify and leverage principles and patterns that drive growth. 

In addition, he is the creator and founder of MDNA Cloud and stays active in MDNA’s development since Envision has acquired the software and IP. Ed lives in Calgary, Alberta Canada with his wife and two sons.

 

Rochelle Maresh, Culture and Workplace Strategist

As a workplace strategist for over 25 years, Rochelle has a passion to help organizations elevate their employees and space by understanding their culture. With culture as the foundation, she helps organizations grow their brand and transform their workplace so people can flourish and love what they do every day. Taking ambiguity and creating clarity is her superpower. With continuing education from IDEO and the Dare to Lead Brene Brown program, her expertise runs deep. Clients include Self-Esteem Brands/Anytime Fitness, Thrivent Financial, Boston Scientific, Gillette Children’s, EcoLab, and Ramsey County. Dedicated to the interior design profession, Rochelle believes in giving back through mentorship and service. She’s served on the IIDA Northland Board for multiple years, including as President, and is a regular guest lecturer at the local university. She also served on professional advisory boards at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Dakota County Technical Center. Rochelle calls Minnesota home and lives in Minneapolis with her husband and son. She enjoys volunteering, painting, and exploring new foods which goes hand in hand with her motto: You always have to try something out at least once - you never know, it might be the most amazing thing you have ever experienced (or you might like it)!

 

Jacob Dyke, Executive/Leadership Coach

With a background spanning business operations and education, Jacob specializes in Executive/Leadership Coaching to drive organizational and personal success. As an Executive/Leadership Coach, Jacob creates a space of exploration that draws out insights, removes roadblocks, and identifies action steps towards achieving long term goals.

Outside of work, Jacob lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife Jenna and two daughters. When he's not coaching, you can find Jacob avoiding gators and spending time outdoors with his family.

 

Kirstin Stahl -  Freelance Creative Director

As a designer and creative in the industry for over 25 years, Kirstin thrives to collaborate with brands and leverage design to create memorable and emotional connections with clients. She has multidisciplinary experience in food, retail, seasonal, sporting goods, as well as both private and national brand food packaging to name a few. She's created successful design solutions for brands such as Target, General Mills, JCPenny’s, Kemps, Dole, Cox Communications, Polaris, iRobot, Welch’s and Walgreens. Kirstin lives in Minneapolis with her husband Dave and two girls, enjoying home renovation, entertaining and family time skiing or getting outdoors.

 

Filipe Goncalves - Business Development and Strategist

Filipe launched his sales career at 21 at Barclays and shortly followed into the luxury shopping industry, generating impressive revenues through public speaking and business strategy on cruise ships. His core strengths lie in lead generation and sales communications. Today, he’s a sought-after mentor, redefining business narratives with his unique approach. Filipe shares his time between Portugal and the United States and enjoys learning martial arts in his spare time.

 

Wendy Betters, Graphic Designer

Wendy studied art at the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in graphic design. Throughout her 20 years working in the graphic design field, she has been a part of various industries and job roles. She effectively produces logos, design systems, educational materials, and social media graphics, and applies branding to interior spaces for various private and non-profit organizations. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Mankato Ballet Company and teaches within the Children’s and Intermediate ballet division classes. Wendy lives in Mankato, MN with her husband and three children.

 

Dave Kruse, MDNA Cloud Developer

Dave has over 20 years of experience bringing high-quality software products to market. By combining development and design, he builds web applications with an elegant user experience. Dave enjoys long road trips that always end in southern Minnesota where he lives with his wife, Courtney, and four sons.

 

Andrea Price, Writer

Andrea helps Envision’s clients gain brand exposure, grab attention, and boost sales. She keeps a keen focus on your audience and targets them with compelling content, irresistible offers, and catchy taglines. She has nearly a decade of copywriting experience and two English degrees to boot—a bachelor’s in English from the University of Minnesota and a master’s in creative writing from the University of Cincinnati.

When Andrea’s not brainstorming your next campaign, you might find her whitewater kayaking in North Carolina or sampling street food in South America. Hailing from Stillwater, Minnesota, she currently lives in sunny Memphis, Tennessee, with her husband, Keith.
