Brand Strategy, Visual Update, Website, Content Marketing
ACT was seeking a brand strategy that would provide improved positioning and differentiation. We collaborated with the staff to create a brand strategy and then provided a website re-design. As part of the strategy, the main differentiation was the client's unique warranty. This was highlighted in a specific landing page on the website with supporting content marketing. This strategy has been translated to offline marketing tactics including a visual identity update, print collateral, ads, email signature, business cards and a trade show booth.
Liz and her team have become a very beneficial partner as we worked our way through an MDNA Assessment and Internal Brand Audit to an update of our corporate imaging, including an updated web site and new sell sheets. She was instrumental in getting us ready to attend our first trade show.
They were very good at gathering information – coming prepared with probing questions and taking the time to listen and understand our culture, product and needs. Once into the creative process they introduced and stressed the value of clean, open design that is cohesive across the entire marketing platform. The entire team is good at meeting deadlines while understanding that we have customers, opportunities and issues that cause delays on our side. Liz is also very good at addressing issues (clear and hidden) head-on. She does not allow problems and roadblocks to fester and affect the process or outcome.
