Volk Transfer, an over-the-road transportation company, was expanding services to include short- and long-term storage and needed better brand positioning in the marketplace. After a thorough review, we recommended they play off a track record that included asset-based (owned, not rented) trucks and superior service. We also updated their logo, created the tagline, “Smart Move,” and developed a website that reflects the changes. An e-blast campaign continues to produce measured click-tracking results.
