The MDNA Institute, a non profit think tank, created a cloud-based, two-part assessment that identifies employee giftings and measures culture. In partnership with the Institute, Envision utilizes MDNA in our Brand Strategy work. Here's a breakdown of the two-part MDNA assessment.

Part 1: Personal MDNA

Want to achieve professional success and personal fulfillment? Take the assessment that combines intrinsic motivation and social DNA that will teach you how to translate your purpose, passions and potential into the workplace and beyond. MDNA stands for "Motivational DNA" and identifies seven "Gifts." The basic MDNA assessment is free.

Part 2: Culture Measurement and Employee Engagement

Want to increase profit per employee in your company? MDNA Cloud is the Institute's employee engagement and analytics software that will show you how to measure workplace culture and manage it for results. We believe profit per employee is the single most important metric in any company. 


Jointly using parts one and two, we created a framework called Brand Culture. The purpose of Brand Culture is to get customers loving your brand and your employees living it. Brand Culture is especially powerful when used as a basis for your branding and digital marketing efforts.
